1. Scope

This policy covers paid programs purchased directly from Bondzoneintegration Academy where Korean consumer regulations apply unless a separate enterprise agreement states otherwise.

2. Eligibility window

Digital self-serve products: you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded proprietary capstone rubrics or attended a live mentor review. Cohort programs: refunds are available until materials access begins or up to 14 days after purchase, whichever is earlier, except non-refundable fees noted at checkout.

3. Partial refunds

If you attended more than one live session or received personalized mentor review, any refund may be prorated to reflect consumed services.

4. Non-refundable items

Third-party tool licenses, optional add-on reviews already delivered, and late cancellation within seven days of cohort start are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. How to request

Email operations@bondzoneintegration.digital with your order reference, reason, and proof of purchase. We respond within five business days.

6. Processing time and method

Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days to the original payment method where technically possible; card networks may add additional settlement time.

7. Cancellations by us

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a future date. Consumer rights under the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce remain unaffected where applicable.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating chargebacks so we can resolve issues promptly.
