1. Agreement

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials. You may not share individual licenses beyond the scope purchased.

4. Acceptable Use

You will not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape private cohort areas, upload malware, or misuse mentor feedback channels. Violations may result in suspension without refund where permitted by the Money-Back Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

Course materials, templates, and branding remain our property or our licensors'. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for internal learning during your access window unless a separate enterprise license states otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from these terms is limited to the fees you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Pohang-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

9. Termination and Changes

We may update these terms with a revised last-updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend access for breach; refunds follow the Money-Back Policy where applicable.
